20. Club Swimwear (Pre‑Orders)

By ordering club swimwear, you agree to the following:

• Orders must be placed by 11:59pm on the last day of each month (EST)
• Items are custom-made and delivered in the first 2 weeks of the following month
• During peak months (Sept–Dec), delays may occur
• If your order hasn’t arrived by the 10th, please contact us
• We are not responsible for uniform supply outside these terms

21. “Make My Item” Products

These items are made to order, not stocked. 

• We aim to dispatch within 2 weeks
• Peak times may extend this timeframe
• If you need it urgently, please contact us or leave a note in your order
• We are not responsible for shipping delays once items leave our facility
