At Fashion Fish Designs, we want to make receiving your swimwear and towels as easy as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping options, timeframes, and processes.

Free Shipping Within Australia

We offer FREE standard delivery on all Australian orders over $150 AUD.

For orders under $150, the following rates apply:

Australian Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $12.00 AUD
• Express Shipping: $17.00 AUD

International Shipping Rates

• United States & Canada: $40.00 AUD
• New Zealand: $30.00 AUD
• United Kingdom: $35.00 AUD

Please note:
All international orders require a signature on delivery, and any customs, duties or import fees are at the buyer’s expense.

Our preferred courier is Australia Post.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Same-Day Dispatch

Most orders paid before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same day.
This excludes:

• Weekends
• Public holidays

Because We Manufacture In‑House…

All our products are made by us, right here in Australia.
If we’re experiencing high demand or your item is temporarily out of stock, we may need to make it on-site.

If this happens:

• We’ll email or call you
• Dispatch may be delayed by up to 14 business days

We promise it will be worth the wait.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

If you need your order by a certain date (e.g. birthday or event), please email or call us before ordering or immediately after checkout, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Delivery Timeframes

Fashion Fish Designs is located in a rural area, so delivery times may vary.

International Delivery

Please check Australia Post’s international delivery timeframes for your destination.

Once parcels leave our facility, any shipping delays are the responsibility of Australia Post.
However, we will support you through the tracking process.
All deliveries are insured.

Missing Parcels

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days, please contact us so we can investigate.

Address Accuracy

Fashion Fish Designs is not responsible for delays or missing deliveries caused by:

• Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete addresses
• Failure to collect parcels

Please double‑check your details at checkout.
If no one is home regularly, consider providing a work address or a safe drop location (if applicable).

Club Swimwear (Pre‑Order Items)

Due to high demand and the custom nature of club swimwear:

• All club items are PRE-ORDER ONLY
• They are manufactured during the first 2 weeks of each month
• We aim to deliver within the first 2 weeks of the following month

Important:
Express shipping speeds up the postage only, not the manufacturing process.

If you need club items earlier than the next monthly delivery window, please call us before ordering to check availability.

“Make My Item” Products

These products are custom made when ordered.

• We aim to dispatch within 2 weeks
• Peak periods may extend this timeframe
• If you need your item by a specific date, please call us or leave a note at checkout

Fashion Fish Designs is not responsible for shipping delays once the parcel is lodged with Australia Post.
