Shipping of your training swimwear.
Fashion Fish Designs want to make it easy for you to get our swimwear so we are proud to offer FREE delivery over $150.00 in value to all areas in Australia and now world wide also. Our same day dispatch is on most orders paid for before 12pm AEST. Please note this does not include weekends and public holidays.
If we are flat our packing orders or your swimwear is out of stock and needs to be made on site, we will endeavour to shoot you a email or call you to let you know.This may delay your dispatch by up to 10 working days.
When your order is packed and ready to go you will receive a email from us with all the tracking details. If you need your item by a special date (e.g. birthday etc) send us an email so we know.
Please allow 2-5 days delivery/transit time depending on your area (Australian customers).
If you haven’t gotten your order within 14 days.. let us know…
Fashion Fish is not responsible for incorrect address on orders or any orders not delivered due to address issues. Please address your order clearly to help us.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to swap/exchange all swimwear for the right size only within 14 days providing the training swimwear are in new condition, with tags still attached and a copy of the receipt is present. Fashion Fish Designs will not exchange or refund any items that have been worn or those with original tags and labels missing.
We take a lot of time finding the best fabrics for our swimwear and take time to manufacture at the highest level. We don’t hold responsibility for the care of your garment once it has been sold. Please read care instructions carefully before purchase as Fashion Fish will not replace any garment where “consumer abuse” has occurred!
When making an exchange please make sure you include all correct postal and credit details so we can make the process easier. Please note in cases of refund postage will not be refunded.
Please note that a refund will not be given for change of mind.
To make a speedy exchange please:
- Contact us via phone or email prior to the exchange or return with your requirements.
- Please include your swimwear.
- Your name and correct return mailing address.
- A contact working phone number and email so we can contact you if needed.
- $5.00 or a return self-address satchel for the return of your goods.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for the return of swimwear. This information above will help in cutting down this time frame.
We manufacture all our products in house and take pride in our quality and durability of our products. If you find our product has a fault or manufacturing issue please contact us within 14day to organise a return or refund.
If any of our Fashion Fish 100% polyester products fades or falls apart (perishes) within the season (4mths after purchase) we will gladly replace your item.
Fashion Fish Designs reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange.

Our Design Competitions.
Our love for design is contagious and we love sharing our passion with our fishers. This is why we run our now famous design competitions to help young inspiring designers achieve there goals and have there designs come to live.
When the competitions are announced over our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) we are our younger designers to follow a few rules..
*All designers MUST be under 18,
*You MUST ask a care giver for permission to submit a design,
*All designs MUST be originally designed by yourself (no copied images)
*All designs can be submitted thew private message on our social media pages. (A photo of the design is more than fine to start)
* All orignal designs must be kept for our designers to reproduce if your design is selected as the winner,
*4 final designs will be selected by our design team and will be voted for over social media pages,
*All votes will be counted once and any double votes WILL NOT be counted.
