Our Response to Covid-19 (updated)

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and Government regulations the Fashion Fish team have made the following Temporary changes to the way we conduct our business.
WE ARE OPEN AND STILL LIMITING OUR SHOWROOM TO ONE CUSTOMER (GROUP) ONLY. This allows maximum safety for our amazing customers and staff. Max 6 people
We will now be excepting CASH PAYMENTS however we do have careless options still including, Tap debt/credit card, EFT, Afterpay and PayPal.
ALL WEBSITE ORDERS ARE HEADING OUT AS PER NORMAL WITH Australia Post. Please allow extra time for delivery please see Australia Post website for more information in regards to this. Australia Post is still quite delayed in a few areas and with the Christmas shopping now started we expect this to continue well into the new year. Please allow for this when shopping online with us.
Due to the small staff numbers and the fact all our products are AUSTRALIAN MADE will are STILL manufacturing, and we are now happy to be back to our regular hours... including our Summer Saterdays (9-1pm)
Our factory is cleaned and disinfected on a regular basics daily to reduce the spread. This will continue after the threat is over.
The 20/21Summer Season has now arrived , We are still very excited to produce small club orders for existing and new customers HOWEVER as much as we prepared ourselves for product shortages and delays into and after covid we are still experiencing some delays in some of our basic materials, a lot we are able to reproduce with our printer however this is seeing a delay in most "bulk" orders. We absolutely understand that this season crept up on everyone but we still need realistic timeframes to manufacture.

We are absolutely loving seeing all your faces again and fingers crossed we can be enjoying more easing of restrictions very soon.
